Hi Bill, I'm a bit confused. Wikipedia -- perhaps the biggest Wiki out there -- does not have a Create New Page button.
I'm not opposed to adding such a feature, but it does seem to go against the MediaWiki software that we (and Wikipedia) use. If you're interested in such a feature, please file a bug in Eclipse Bugzilla (in the Eclipse Foundation > Community > Wiki component) and if it gains popularity and votes, we can look into it.
