That's far, far, far too subtle.

But you have to know to do that first!

Really, I spent days trying to find the "create new page" button that
exists in all the other wikis I've used.  I assumed I didn't have permission
to create new pages.

I disagree completely!

This is one of those cases where once you know how to do it it seems obvious
but before you  know how to do it it's completely obscure.

Well, I suppose we could ask the mediawiki people to add it, but it doesn't
seem likely that that will happen soon, if at all.
