[udig-devel] tutorial distance tool

hi all,

i've installed udig-sdk-1.2-rc3 in the eclipse-environment and began the
plug-in-tutorial distancetool.
all steps described in tutorial i made and finally i start udig (Run
Configurations>  with disabled in-place tutorial plug-ins) and my
distance-tool-plug-in is not displayed.
i have no idea where could i made a failure. 
i am looking forward to your hints.
