I will need to think about it David; I am starting to suspect you will 
need to "import" one of the projects first; and then hunt around in its 
"Plug-in Dependencies" for the jar you want to debug. Hardly ideal.

I will try and fiture out something next time I have my SDK workspace 
open and let you know if I come up with anything.
