[rdf4j-dev] possible release delay

Just a heads up that review of the IP log (see https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23254 ) is taking a bit longer than anticipated, which may lead to us having to postpone the 3.7.0 release for a few days. If we don't have the OK by tomorrow I'll do a milestone build for 3.7 instead, and we move final release by a week. 

Fortunately, release review has been going on in parallel without any real problems, so as soon as the IP log has been approved we should be good to go immediately.
