[rdf4j-dev] How to contribute an Rdf4j/Spring integration

Hi,

In an ongoing project, I've written a quite comprehensive spring 
integration for rdf4j. It follows Spring's JdbcTemplate approach, 
provides session integration, result caching and query/update 
performance stats via JMX. It's all I've needed for a straightforward 
spring-based app connecting to a RDF4J repository but have not been able 
to find anywhere. I am wondering if this community is interested in 
accepting it as a contribution, and if so, how to go about doing this.
