Hi Punit,
Not to be insulting, but does the user you're launching eclipse as have write
permission on the eclipse folder? I just checked, the update site is working (I
run OpenSuSE 10.1 FYI.)
There isn't a way to "enable mylar" from within eclipse, its either installed
properly, or it isn't.
