I’m sure this has been discussed but I can’t for the life of me file a CQ right now. I recall being confounded the last time I filed one a couple weeks ago. The user/developer experience for this is terrible! Sorry for venting; but when you can’t do what should be the simplest thing … Argh!Here’s what I did:* I started from the point of viewing an existing CQ that is similar to one I wanted to create: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7221* Then I clicked the “New” link at top-right.* This took me to simple page, mostly white that said just this:The Contribution Questionnaire has been moved to the portal. Please access it in its new location: http://portal.eclipse.org/So I clicked that link.* I was presented with a login form. I logged in.* At this point I’m lost. I believe this is called the “My foundation portal” there is an Eclipse Projects portlet and a Profile portlet. The profile one is probably not right so I focus my attention on the projects portlet. It shows I’m a committer & project lead for Spatial4j, with a link. And it has a “Tools” link for all committers, it says. I clicked on “Tools”.Okay at this point I answered my question for the 3rd go around as I typed up my experience. I was supposed to click on the “View” link for my project, which then brought up a menu of options and one was for a CQ. Clicking Tools was not the right path.Note that I *did* view these instructions:But I think the instructions and picture are at a minimum misleading, and at worst just plain wrong.
