Just noticed that the Acceleo project has a logo of a fairly similar theme as the proposed one with these arrow thingies, so we should take a different direction.

[Abel]: I think that logo is significantly different from our early ideas (V shape with "arrow-like" or striped motives), but good to know what we should not do :) (I also took inspiration from the Xtend logo initially).

Side note: shouldn't we consider hiring a professional designer?

[Abel]: That would need someone to sponsor such work and donate it to the project (and Eclipse.org).
