Sorry I wasn't very clear. I fixed the issue about 2 months ago on
trunk... I verified that it works as of yesterday on 1.1.x. I'm
trying to release. I made a test release but it isn't running on
linux for some reason I'm going to try out osx and windows to see if
those run.
I'll let you know if I get it going.

the WMS client if they do not already have a WMS client. We use
WMS named styles a lot and even let users create their own named
styles on a web page.
A GetFeatureInfo request from uDig does not contain the style
that the user selected. As we use styles to customize the view,
GetFeatureInfo may return wrong information.
I have reported[1] this issue and suggested a very simple way to
fix the problem.
Is there anything more I can do to make this issue resolved?
