[udig-devel] org.eclipse.ui.actionSets

Hello all,

I recently sent an email stating that I was having problems getting a piece 
of code to work because it was wasn't firing an event due to the fact it has 
an AbstractCommand extension rather than a AbstractActionTool extension.

I recieved an email back stating that I should insert a 
org.eclipse.ui.actionSets.

Does this tag go into the plugin.xml file?
