Hi Vitali, we have developed same tools. This is the source code http://svn.geotools.org/udig/community/axios/udig-extensions/trunk/plugins/es.axios.udig.ui.editingtools/ It was developed over uDig 1.1 RC9 Nowadays, Refraction people have done some change in tools then we need adjust our plugin. What do you want to discuss?
