That should be the next thing I do :-)  We actually asked the community 
a couple months ago what you would like to see by way of subversion 
access and community development stomping grounds (wiki space etc...).

Now would be a good time to ask again - "We would love contributions - 
how can we help?"

The other point to make is that there is *many* areas where 
contributions are desirable, but an extension point does not yet exist.  
We decided a while ago to only add these in as people asked for them.

So just because it does not at first blush look like we have planned for 
your wonderful ideas please be assured we have.
As an example witness Justin's recent request for a Map "blackboard", we 
knew this would be needed by the first contributor to do real work, and 
sure enough it is.
