Hello thanks for the reply yes I have 3 different vehicle distributions to
create randomness. I have already set the departLane to "best". 

The problem is that I don't want the lcCooperative value to be a high value
because I want the scenario to be as realistic as possible. I modified the
connections to be as the screenshot indicated now but again this is not a
realistic scenario, where a vehicle drives from the most right lane to an
offramp in such a close distance. Although the workaround "solution" I
mention might solve the issue, I don't also want the vehicles to stop on a
highway lane to wait for the chance to cross on the off ramp.
