Hello Jacob,
Many thanks for your mail. Indeed, I have Python installed on my pc, but for some reason when I enter the command on CMD, it just opens the Python script (flowrouter.py) and I don't know what else to do from there.
Apologies if this is a completely useless question, but i'm pretty ignorant when it comes to this. I will appreciate all the help and assistance.

I recommend using the latest development version of sumo because it contains many improvements to flowrouter behavior.

Hello all,
I am relatively new to SUMO. I am struggling to implement a simulation using detector data that I already have. I managed to do something (not that great) with DFROUTER but I have seen that a replacement for urban traffic simulation (which is what I intend to do) is FLOWROUTER.
Question is, how am I supposed to carry out the command? Each time I try to run the line on CMD it keeps asking which application I would like to use in opening flowrouter.py.
Please help.
