[ptp-dev] Experimental branch

Randy,

We had talked about creating an experimental branch for us to work on  
for the new Resource Manager stuff.  This should allow me to not  
interfere with others working on head.  I think you had volunteered  
to create the branch.  Have you done this yet?  I would like to start  
committing some on my stuff.
