[platform-core-dev] Updated compiler settings

I noticed in the N20041111 compile logs
that some new warnings were turned on (use of "enum" as a variable
name and lack of serialVersionUID in a serializable class). I released
fixes for all the warnings in core projects and have updated the JDT compiler
settings that we store with each project to reflect these new settings.
