I've re-run 6.1.0-RC1
(https://ci.eclipse.org/openmq/job/2_openmq-run-tck-against-staged-build/25/)
with messaging TCK currently proposed in
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/issues/690.

With that, I'm going to prepare 6.1 from the current master (the same
commit as 6.1.0-RC1 was done from) on Saturday and request a release
review (if not stopped by any comment).
