Hello

6.1.0-RC1 - successfully passed
https://ci.eclipse.org/openmq/job/2_openmq-run-tck-against-staged-build/23/
and was _accepted_ by GF's Jenkins
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/glassfish/pull/23442.

As there is nothing in the 6.1 queue - I'd like to release final
6.1.0, from the same point this RC1 was built. And then propose this
final version to GF (perhaps instead of #23442).
Please let me know if that's not the way to go yet.
