Somehow I was omitted in a mailing list announcement :(
Parts of the conclusions of our track were common with a technical track and already listed by Amit (points 1 & 2).
Let me add additional key topics to handle, apart from project proposal that will unlock other activities like Eclipse's IP Due Diligence processes and infrastructure migration.
1. Lack of test team for Jasmine. How to staff test team before Goofy starts? [All partners]
Is there any partner in WG capable of providing testing resources (1-2 people) urgently for Jasmine and long term for Goofy?
2. Rotational Project Management - who will manage Goofy after Jasmine is being driven by Huawei? [All partners]
Looking for someone outside of Huawei to take over the management of engineering team's scrum processes.
How about Luca (NOI Techpark)?
3. Releases timeline and development cycles for Goofy [Jarek, Amit, current and newly appointed PMs]
Release every quarter, longer sprints (4 weeks?), whole release cycle proposal in an attached presentation.
4. Goofy requirements gathering to be finalized by the end of February 2022 [All partners]
Preparation already started by Product Managers, initiated a discussion about possible goals, related requirements, processes and systems to be used for tracking these.
