[technology-pmc] Spark 1.0.1 "works with" designation for GeoMesa

Greetings PMC. Here's another one.

From CQ 8534 [1] :

We are recommending spark core to be considered a 'Works with" dependency.

Works with justification: The core functionality of GeoMesa is to store and
query geospatial data. Spark, if present, can be used to perform distributed
analysis of said geospatial data. 

I believe that this meets the requirements for a workswith designation.

Is there anything controversial here?

Can I get approval from PMC members, please?
