To be consistent with other calendar events, I am fine with whatever you all work out in general.

The most important word is TCK, yet it is hidden. Why? TCK must not be. 🤗

The only workaround that comes to mind is to move the word `TCK` to the leftmost part of the spelling.


Scott, the agenda also needs to be added to the recurrent events.

Our ecosystem is acquiring the Spec calendar to connect as it is the newest friendly feature.  
The calendar and this activity lack an operational form that, if added, could improve is welcoming. 

Adding Tania & Ivar to this thread with the hopes that they could help with the calendar + clean-up & maintenance 💜 

Suggestions for the EF Team to help with: 

  • Establish an event naming standard.  For example, remove EE, replace "meetings" or "Discussions" with Calls.
  • Add the respective agenda minutes and make sure that those documents are housed under the new Jakarta Community Minutes drive (that enables anyone anywhere to be an Editor.
  • Add 2 Admins to every call listed in this calendar.
  • Add all recordings to the respective API's Playlists. If the Playlists do not exist, let's create them. 
  • Ensure the Jakarta EE Youtube allows the view of the latest content first if it doesn't already.
  • Push via the Jakarta social media a few hours early (as it is done for the Platform call) on the day and gatherings. 
Lastly, create a 1-page wiki about the usage of the Spec calendar + Admins Zoom access + YouTube exports + Media coverage + more 
Please, lets share it with the Community & WG forums to remind others not yet using the perk to set up the friendly  access to the projects calls.
