Looking at the Time and Date charts, I don't think we can find a time when we can all meet, consistently -- without someone being required to join in the 0'dark hours. I also think we should consider folks in Bangalore and maybe Central Europe (which of course just makes this worse).
Scott (Boston), I think you would likely be important to have on each call. Perhaps with recordings and maybe some notes for the important things, we can keep everyone up to speed.
My recommendation (if the Scott can manage it) -- Meet weekly but with alternating times -- maybe one time could be US Afternoons (East and West US Coast and Brisbane [Early AM] e.g. 4 or 5 PM EDT) and the other time early morning (US East Coast) for Bangalore, Europe, UK, and East Coast (maybe 7 or 8 AM EDT).

My schedule is pretty open in the afternoons, on the west coast US, except 2 PM Thursdays. Sometimes I can drag myself to a meeting at 6 AM but I'm not reliable and definitely not earlier.
