Re: [epsilon-dev] Maven Central standalone
Hi all,

I have finally found the time to do this! There is a 1.5.1-maven branch with the minimal change I had to do for the release, and the 1.5.1 artifacts should hit Maven Central by tomorrow. I have also added a new article to the website that explains the process, to speed things up for the next time:

Yes, I had agreed to do this. Deploying to central requires GPG signing, which is very hard to automate fully IIRC. Feel free to have a look - I believe we have a Maven profile for just that. However, I think the only signature that works with Maven Central is mine at the moment. I will try to do this ASAP, but it might have to wait until next week, as I am flying tomorrow to Madrid and won't be back until Monday afternoon.

I vaguely remember this been mentioned as part of the release effort, but not sure what was needed for it to happen. If I am not mistaken, Sonatype's deploy plugin will do this automatically for non-SNAPSHOT versions [1].

We could add it to the standalone pom. I am not familiar with the mvn commands in Hudson, but I think no additional phases are needed for it to work.
