Summary of changes:

Moved Milestone 2 to the end of i9, which is March 7. This milestone will be used for EclipseCon 2008.
Removed Milestone 3, which was originally scheduled for the end of i10.

Please review the latest proposal and post your vote by end of day tomorrow, October 5.
