[che-dev] [devfile] important changes notice

Hi All,

we (platform team) are about to start implementing some
breaking changes into devfile naming and model:

 - Change default devfile filename to devfile.yml [1]
 - Rename tools to components  [2]
 
 Since devfile feature is still in beta, we won't keep any backward compatibility for those changes.
 So please, be aware of that, and we will remind again before the actual changes apply to the upstream.
