Re: [mdt-ocl.dev] Complete OCL and custom message support

I'm not sure what to say.

I shouldn't be changing much and don't want to hold you up, but M6 is perhaps too close for this Buckminster change, so perhaps save your releng time till after M6 and a bit.

I hope that I can freeze at M6, but realistically, I'm probably going to be distributing an I-build one week after M6.
I'm busy at work and I don't want to hurry up with this. However, I have some stuff ready to start doing some tests on hudson servers so I'd like to do it asap. Besides, the new stuff are mostly additions rather modifications to the existing one, so reverting to the current state should be quite easy/straightforward.

Well, I think I'll invest some hours the next week to try some experiments. I'm also expecting to solve some relevant bugs:

- OCL Help TOC doesn't appear [1]. Waiting some PMC decisions about what to do with extension point documentation. If no decision by Indigo M6, I'll probably remove extension point documentation from OCL's Help. Depending on the future decision, a new bugzilla would be open.
- OCL 3.1.0 M4 is missing lpg.runtime.java [2]. Concerning the source bundle, It looks like a bug in buckminster, waiting for resolution. Let's see if we may solve this by M6.
