Note:
There are 11 Junit failures
1) JDT Junit failures => major for
JDT, but does not gate the smoke tests for components unless you make use
of JDT IType and specifically IType.resolveType(). Similarly with
other issue that appears to be in common with JPT's failure.
2) wsi unit test failure issue will
be addressed after this week's I build, this failures does not affect the
fitness of the build, see for details => https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=212186
