It was a good thing we moved up early
(so the bug could be found early enough to fix for M4! ... what would they
do without us :)
It also appears it is not a compile-time
issue, so I recommend we not literally roll-back our pre-req in the build,
but include a big note in the declaration
that points to that bug and mention
the work around is to use M3, instead of the I-build we built with. (All
other changes, I'm pretty sure would be compatible
with both). Then hopefully it'll be
in an I-build next week so we'll move up again.

I've confirmed there is a JDT bug that is causing the
problems in the new build. It has been logged as bug 211609.
I'm going to release the changes so we get a new build going to address
the original issue (so we have it there if we want to declare it). This
should not affect anyone outside of JPT.
