After addressing the issue that caused the JPT smoke tests to fail related to project creation (211532), we discovered another Major downstream issue that seems to be related to a recent change/bug? in the JDT - bug 211598.  I think that we will need to roll back the Platform dependency to the M3 build in order for JPT to pass smoke tests, as well as release and respin for the initial JPT issue.

Thoughts?
