RE: [wtp-releng] Thoughts on releng.jsf releng.map erroneous branch?

The 1_5 branch was on the WTP 1.5 – JSF 0.5 codeline. We are no longer supporting it, so its safe to delete the contents. I will insert a readme and delete the contents.

Or ... better, delete the map files from the lead of that branch, and just leave a 'readme' file that explains it's an erroneous
branch ... if indeed it is.
