[wtp-releng] Thoughts on releng.jsf releng.map erroneous branch?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think JSF has a branch of map files label R1_5_maintenance ... but, this branch is invalid, if I recall right ... created by accident?

I believe the only valid branch is R1_0_maintenance and that is used for the 2.0.x maintenance builds? Right?

I find this pretty confusing and suggest we do one of two things.

a) remove the R1_5_maintenance branch tag for JSF.
Normally not a recommended practice, but ... where it can be confused with "what's the most recent one" or similar, it might be worth it.
Note, this can only be done from the command line, not Eclipse. And, note, there's no actual content removed, only the "tag" so the flies
could never be retrieved by that tag again, but .. the 'revisions' and other history are still there, as always.

b) if indeed invalid, and we don't want to do 'a', we should change the content of each and every file,
in the lead of the R1_5_maintenance branch, to have only the text contents of
"this is an invalid file in this branch, please use R1_0_maintenance branch for WTP 2.0.x maintenance".

Any preferences? Opinions? I'd normally do 'a', but since 'b' is safer, that's probably best (and, it could be done by the JSF team :)
