Yes.  Peter released changes to
the wst.ws.service.policy and wst.ws.service.policy.ui to fix an unzip
error with the M3 candidate wtp zip (defect 209522) and a critical regression
with setting WS-I preference (defect 209701).  I've verified that
both the problems had been fixed in the S-3.0M3-20071114014628 driver and
Web services smoke tests have passed in that driver as well.

sse.doc.user and the new service.policy seemed to have been re-released
... a respin occurred ... and a JPT JUnit test failed?! 

Were these releases intentional for M3? Can the JPT team see if the JUnit
test is serious?
