[wtp-releng] 8 Missing Plugins?

It's not obvious, but if you look close,
the 8 missing plugins are JSF test plugins ... and following was in the
log. 

unable to find plug-in: org.eclipse.jst.jsf.facesconfig.tests_0.0.0
               
       

Usually this is due to some tagging
error, or, occasionally the infrastructure acts up. 

There's already another build running,
so we'll see if it happens again, but just wanted to leave some hint here.
