We're getting close now .. I have fixed the problem due to lacking the security.jar library in the classpath for 4 compile errors.

And, I think there will be 3 remaining (new) forbidden access messages which apparently are a change due to the version of the "base builder" we are using, and
will eventually go away on their own (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=189907)

Please disregard most of this message.  Appears I was looking at the
wrong build results.  The only outstanding issue is the
contentassist.tests plugin which we are in the process of releasing a
fix for.
