We did change the base builder last
night, but also the JSF team needs to take a look at latest builds to see
if they changed anything leading 
to the latest "access violations"
and JUnit failures. 

Was one too many 'requires' removed
from manifests? 

I have opened a JDT bug in parallel,
_just in case_ it is not something we did .... but, 
please keep us informed with what you
find.
