[wtp-releng] Respin 2.0 for failing JUnits

Folks,

Yesterday we commented out the 5 failing JUnits in the 1.5.3 build (since these failures were caused by the missing xsd file). Today, we are respinning the 2.0 build- the only difference between this build and the previous one is that those same 5 JUnits have been commented out- there is no need to pick up the new build, nor do you need to rerun smoke tests.
