Re: [udig-devel] Nominating Naz process

You can see all of the detail. We have three committers who have voted with three days remaining.

Naz shouldn't get an opportunity to fill in the committer questionnaire until after the election is complete. At that point, Naz should receive an email with next step instructions.

I made a change to the portal yesterday that fix a problem it was having determining the project mailing list, so email notifications should flow. I do need to check with webmaster to ensure that the mailing lists will accept mail from the portal.

So I think this is working, but I do not see any of Naz's other details showing up in the portal (he has sent in paperwork, as has his employer, and I assume he has filled in the questionair ).

Wayne, as mentor are you able to see the same level of detail for the uDig project ( on the developer portal). I am expecting to see more than this.

Waiting on you

- Kenneth: processing candidate paperwork - Received NCRF; individual; received ICQ; waiting for ICA, ECECF
- Craig: Processing candidate paperwork. - Received NCRF

Nominated

- Naz Chan - voting in progress with  "5 pending (4 days remaining)" no idea what that means.
So if you are on the "done" list try signing into the developer portal and see if you can vote.
