[udig-devel] Gitorious hates me as well :-(

I have no idea what the go with Gitorious is, but its been painful ever since the switch from SVN.

I am now unable to check out using either git:// or http:// from the git repo /udig/udig-platform-fixed.git

IMHO it may be worth considering another git host... Gitorious seems to have quite a few problems.

The current one is:

  fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly 
  fatal: early EOF 
  fatal: index-pack failed 

I have tried multiple times, and each time I get the same thing.

I am using command line git, version 1.7.3.1
