Hi, 10 minutes ago I wrote an exact equal email asking the same :)
Let's see if we get an answer.
Just so there is one single thread, I also add that nothing changes if the
<VendorOption name="spaceAround">10</VendorOption>
is set to a negative value, which should allow overlap.
