Did you follow the instructions on the jgrass wiki page?

If the Location will not be added to the Catalog at the end of the 
wizard, the easy way to add it to the Catalog is to drag and drop the 
file with the .jgrass extension you find in the Location folder.

Is this the path you chose for your Location? Did you specify the Mapset 
name in the wizard?
