[udig-devel] modal tools in anarchy

I have a problem with modal tools.
Even if in the extention point I tell them to not go on the toolbar,
once activated from menu, the icon appears in its category position.
So for example if I have created a new info tool and do not want it on
the toolbar, whenever it is activated, it appears with the other info
tools.

Any idea if that can be worked around in an easy way?
