[udig-devel] PSC Update - July 10th

Up to:
- why can uDig not draw features? Going to rollback gabriel's update one 
module at a time
- starting Emily up on some mapgraphic work (new scalebar settings and 
rastersymbolizer)
- supporting the WPS team

Tasks:
- fix feature drawing
- update mrsid support to use a the gdal plug-in

What is holding me up:
- very active GeoTools codebase as 2.5 draws to a close
- creation of a good JRE with imageio-ext support
