Thread-topic: help on gdi+ library

Hello,

I get the error that appears in the figure attached. It says that the gdi+ library seems to not be installed on the system. I know that this library is automatically installed in windows 2000 systems (my case) and I downloades a windows tools that detect it as installed.

How could I do to configurate the library gdi+?
