[udig-devel] uDig 1.0.5 SDK and extentions

Working through the Plug-in tutorial based on the UDIG 1.0.5 SDK 
release, and am unable to make a modal tool extension.
The net.refractions.udig.project.ui.tool extention point is defined, it 
seems the schema was left out of the SDK release (the schema is what 
drives the user interface and makes this stuff easy to use).
