Jesse, I think I sent you the wrong Info.plist when I added the icon
and other tweaks, damn. That one was from when I was trying Apple's
method of bundling Java, but it doesn't work with Eclipse Java.
Here's the real one (keep the icon file, it's good):

One other problem. After replacing the Info.plist I found that the
udig executable (udig.app/Contents/MacOS/udig) is missing it's
executable bits in this release. It will not run without that.

Theory of the Universe
