Not unless I also write a theme-based SLD writer!
I'm using JUMP at the moment to do it.

I cannot recommend enough to have an actual GIS person sit down with
udig and use it.  Write down whenever they get frustrated!  Go
downstairs and force Sam to use it for half an hour.
