Back when we started this conversation we looked into a confluence 
plugin that provided next/prev buttons for child pages.
Although we initially scoffed at the idea I still think it has some 
merit. I don't want author to have to manually provided next and 
previous buttons.

Q: Has anyone submited this as an Eclipse bug report?

I would think this is a very common complaint (it showed up in or 
initial user testing).
