Hi Wendy,

The org.eclipse.ui plugin contains this extension point.

I discovered it by adding an extension of type org.eclipse.ui.bindings 
to a plugin.xml file. The editor has a feature on the extensions tab 
that is called "Find declaring extension point" that will take you to 
its declaration in org.eclipse.ui.
