[udig-devel] SVN: No plugin.xml in help project?

Hi developers

I just did a complete checkout of uDig to update my meanwhile quite outdated
version. When I could not get the help project running I discovered that the
  net.refractions.udig.help
plugin is actually not a plugin any more since the plugin.xml is missing. So the
help does not work when I build the application in Eclipse.

I checked out revision 13120.

What's going on? Is is just a temporary bug or is there a deeper sense behind it
that I don't understand?
